OUR BELIEFS

  • God eternally exists, one God, yet three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
  • Jesus is fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life and offered Himself as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of man. He was buried and rose again to show God was satisfied with His atonement.
  • The Bible is the special revelation of God to man. It is the authority for the believer’s faith and life and is sufficient to meet every spiritual need.
  • The Masoretic Text and the Textus Receptus are God’s inerrant, infallible Word.
  • The King James Version is the best translation available for English speaking people.
  • Man is born with a sin nature, chooses to commit sin, and is completely helpless to rectify his sinfulness. Eternal damnation in Hell is the destiny of every man who perishes without Christ.
  • Salvation is the gift of eternal life from God to all who believe on Jesus.
  • Man receives salvation when he turns from everything in which he is trusting and puts his faith in Christ alone.
  • The salvation of the believer is eternally secure because it rests in the power and promise of God.
  • Assurance of salvation is only sure when founded on the promises of God.
  • God wills that all men be saved, but He will not force any to believe the Gospel.
  • The teachings of Calvinism and Arminianism are wrong.
  • The church is God’s organism to carry out the Great Commission. It keeps two ordinances, the Lord’s Table and Baptism.
  • The sign gifts experienced by the early church have ceased.
  • The church is separate from Israel.
  • All believers will be raptured before the Tribulation and Millennium.
  • Christ will reign on earth during the Millennium.
  • Unity with other believers is to be superintended by the Word of God.
  • Separation from sin and error in personal and ecclesiastical spheres is essential.
  • Charismatic, ecumenical, and liberal beliefs are erroneous.
